Important Delivery Information
Read this section carefully to avoid additional charges and delivery issues
Dedicated Day Delivery
We deliver on an agreed, dedicated day — please ensure someone is available to
receive the delivery. If no one is present, a redelivery charge of £40 will apply.
For B2B trade customers, the same conditions apply; for example, if your restaurant or
site is closed on the agreed delivery date, redelivery charges will apply.
Kerbside Delivery on Pallets
Deliveries are made kerbside on pallets. While drivers will often place pallets in a
garage or a location of your choice when accessible, if the site has gravel, restricted
access, or uneven ground, delivery will be strictly kerbside only.Tip: If kerbside delivery is a concern, we recommend ordering netted products
that can be moved easily by hand.
Vehicle Access Requirements
Please advise us in advance if the delivery address requires a 7.5-tonne vehicle due
to narrow lanes or restricted access. Do not order larger than a large crate if the
delivery will need to be made using a smaller truck.
Customer Access Requests
If a customer requests the delivery lorry to enter their property, it is at their own
risk, and we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused.
Delivery Changes
If the customer or business cannot accept delivery on the agreed date, please notify
us by 4:00 PM the working day before. Failure to do so will result in a £45
redelivery charge.
Pallet Collection
Please note: We no longer collect pallets after delivery.
